Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver. You can either visit one our stores where you may be able to use our home delivery service to arrange next day delivery, or you may purchase online to have products delivered directly to you in a few days.

When do you deliver?

If you arrange our home delivery in store, the delivery will normally take place the following day.  

For online deliveries, there are two delivery methods. We aim to deliver your order within 14 days, depending on stock availability and where you live.  

Parcel Force will deliver orders Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm.
Truck deliveries take place on nominated days depending on where you live. 

We will confirm your delivery date via email, within 72 hours of placing your order. If this date is unsuitable, we can always change it. However, please remember, we cannot change the days we deliver to your area.

Can I get a faster delivery?

If you are ordering online, the estimated delivery date is the earliest date we can deliver as the items come from our distribution centre. If you visit a store, our home delivery service may be able to offer you next day delivery. 

Do you do international shipping?

Our online shopping service is only able to deliver items to mainland UK, the Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland; however we can deliver to a shipping agent if you specify them as the delivery address when you order. Please ensure this is pre-arranged with the shipping agent.


Can I choose a delivery time?

If you arrange our home delivery in store, the delivery will normally take place the following day.  The delivery crew will contact you one hour before they are due to arrive.

For online orders or orders sent from our distribution centre, you will be allocated either a parcel or truck delivery depending on which products you purchase. Parcel deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 7am-6pm. With truck deliveries you will be allocated a four hour time slot which will be sent to you via text message 48 hours prior to the delivery. You will receive a one hour pre call for truck deliveries.

Can I order delivery to a different name or address?

Yes, as long as the delivery address is in mainland UK or Northern Ireland.

Can I track my delivery?

Your order confirmation will confirm the type of delivery you are expecting. You can track your order in the following ways:

Parcel delivery: Parcelforce will contact you, usually the day before delivery, with information on how to track your order. Please note, we are unable to view any additional information from what is shown on the Parcelforce tracking site.

Truck delivery: You should receive a text message on the morning of your delivery which will include a tracking link to our live map site where you can follow the progress of our delivery team. Alternatively, you can view the status of your order by visiting our tracking site.

If you have purchased online you will be able to use our order tracker to check the latest status of your order. You will need your order number, post code and the email address you gave when the order was placed. 

Can I change my delivery date?

The original estimated date you receive is the earliest date we can get your order to you. It may be possible to deliver it at a slightly later date, on a day that’s more convenient to you. Please contact us as soon as possible if you require a later date.

How do I tell you about delivery restrictions?

To ensure the smooth delivery of your order, there are a few points we need to know about your address:

  • Will there be time to unload/load?
  • Do you live on a red route?
  • Are there any height, width or weight restrictions?
  • Are there any parking restrictions?
  • Will the vehicle require a parking permit?
  • Are there any time restrictions? 

Don't worry; we will always find a way, but to ensure delivery first time please let us know of any delivery restrictions in your area in plenty of time. If you think we may have difficulty accessing your property, please contact us.

Do you do next day delivery?

When you visit a store the majority of our deliveries will be within 48 hours, and normally next day subject to availability and the distance you live from the store. 

How much does delivery cost?

When you shop online, you can see the cost of delivery before ordering by placing your items in the basket, adding your postcode and pressing calculate. For our home delivery service from a store, please click here and check your local store for delivery prices.

Will I be able to order online and then pick up in the store?

Currently our online orders are only able to be delivered directly from our distribution centre to your home, however we are trialling a new format store along with a click and collect service and the intention will be to roll out a click and collect service to all our stores in the future. In the meantime keep a look out for news about our Order and Collection points.

What do I do if I have something missing from my delivery?

Please contact us as soon as possible.

When do we confirm delivery dates?

If you arrange our home delivery in store, the delivery will normally take place the following day and the delivery crew will contact you one hour prior to delivery.

If you order online, you will see a delivery date on the website when you place your order and in your Order Acknowledgement email.

What delivery communication can I expect?

For deliveries booked in store, you will receive a one hour pre call prior to delivery. 

For deliveries booked online, please see the information listed below:

Within 72 hours we will confirm your delivery date in your Delivery Advice email, the email will also specify a parcel courier or 2 man truck delivery. If you have included a mobile telephone number, then we will also SMS text message to confirm this date.
Please check the Delivery Advice email carefully. 

Parcel delivery

We will update our order tracking website with your Parcel Force tracking number 24-48 hours before delivery. You can then access this to track your delivery whilst on its journey to you. 

Truck delivery

When we have confirmed your delivery date there are a few more things that we would like to keep you up to date with, and therefore you will receive the following text messages from us.

48 hours before your delivery, we will text you with your AM or PM 4 hour delivery window.

On the day of delivery, our delivery team will call you one hour before your delivery is due to ensure that you are available to take delivery and to check with you that there are no unexpected access restrictions.

Please be available to verify the content, condition and to sign for your order. Alternatively, you can appoint another adult whose instructions you are happy for us to follow. All courier deliveries are to the address point of entry only. For 2 man truck deliveries, please tell us in advance any access issues, e.g. narrow doors, difficult stairs, upper floor delivery, and we will do our best to deliver to the room of your choice.
We do our very best to meet the delivery date you have been given however there are times where we are unable to do this and your delivery date will be different. We will always discuss any changes with you as soon as we can. We would advise you not to make any plans to accept your delivery, for example booking time off from work, until we have confirmed the date with you.
