Help us to keep everyone safe

See you soon!

Other ways to shop

If you need additional help to make your interior dreams become a reality, explore our online planning services. If you can't visit your local store just yet, it’s easy to browse and shop online using either our click and collect or online home delivery service.

Steps for Safer Shopping

Help us to keep everyone safe
There will be a queuing system outside to help us manage entry into the store. Hand sanitisers are available and do please still wear a mask or face covering at all times, for everyone’s safety. Thank you.

Extra cleaning and safety precautions
We’re still carrying out plenty of top to toe cleaning and sterilising, with extra measures to make everywhere as safe as possible for everyone. Hand sanitisers will be stationed throughout the store for your use.

Cards not cash
Cashless payments are preferred to reduce the amount of contact between you and our co-workers, for everyone’s safety.

Customer update from our Country Retail Manager and Chief Sustainability Officer, IKEA UK & Ireland

Over the last year, life as we know it has changed in ways we never could have imagined possible. Throughout it, we’ve seen an unprecedented demand for products that help people to live, work and play more comfortably from home; and we are incredibly humbled that so many have chosen to shop with IKEA through this time. However, in the same way that COVID-19 has affected us as individuals, it has affected us as a business too. Globally, our supply chains have been impacted and here in the UK and Ireland, our ports and terminals are also experiencing high levels of congestion, resulting in some shortages in availability and in longer-than-normal delivery times. I want to assure you that we are working intensively to resolve this. We are working to increase availability, improving our systems and provide better information, and recruited more people into our Customer Support Centre so that those wanting to contact us, can do so more quickly. I want to apologise unreservedly for the inconvenience this is causing. We know we haven’t got it quite right just yet, but we’re working really hard to do so.
