Crispy potato rösti with shrimp & caviar


Serves: 4 | Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
Rösti with shrimp & caviar 
1 pkg RÖSTI potato fritters 
125 g SJÖRAPPORT peeled shrimps 
1/2 large red onion 
4 tbsp sour cream 
4 tsp red lumpfish caviar 
2 tsp chives, finely chopped 
Oil for frying 
Step by step:
- Thaw the shrimp.
 - Finely chop the red onion.
 - Prepare the rösti according to the package instructions.
 - Top the rösti with sour creme, caviar, shrimp, red onion and chives.
 - Tip! Replace the shrimp with cold smoked salmon for a delicious twist!
