   Offer Mechanism:

  • Customers get a voucher of EGP 400 after placing & receiving online orders with a minimum spend of EGP 4000.· The voucher will be sent to the e-mail entered to place the order within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

   Redemption:

  • EGP 400 discount on purchase Applied only on store products (excluding discounted items)·
  • This offer is applicable only to in-store purchases and excluding online purchases & F&B Purchases.·
  •  The EGP 400 discount can be used on services including interior design, delivery, and assembly.

   General T&Cs

  • Multiple purchases cannot be combined to avail the promotion.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion in the store.
  • This offer is not applicable for use in IKEA website, IKEA Mobile App, or at IKEA Restaurant, Bistro, Bakery, Café, or Swedish Food Market.
  •  This offer is not applicable for IKEA Gift Card purchases.
  • The EGP 400 Discount cannot be exchanged for cash or any other tender.
  •  To obtain EGP 400 discount at the IKEA Store, the customer needs to present the voucher they received to the cashier at the checkout.
  •  Al-Futtaim IKEA shall not be held responsible for any misuse of the discount.
  • We reserve the right to revoke the discount if we suspect fraud, unlawful activity, or improper use.
  •  You agree that you will not use a revoked discount.
  •  All returns and/or refunds shall be subject to IKEA’s Return Policy.
  • Customers may be requested to provide their phone number and/or email address.
  • Al-Futtaim IKEA will be the data controller for such personal data and will use it for the purposes of administering this promotion and to contact participants.
  •  Al-Futtaim IKEA processes personal data based on a legitimate interest as described herein.
  •  By entering this promotion and providing your phone number to us, each participant confirms that they have understood that their phone number will be processed for the purposes described above.
  •  Al-Futtaim IKEA will not be liable for any loss arising from the postponement, cancellation, delay, or changes to the promotion beyond its control or for any act or default of any third-party supplier.
