Terms & conditions

  1. Maximum order weight limit: 25 kg
  2. Lead time follows standard processing times, communicated via a static message within 5 days
  3. Customers receive a WhatsApp notification once their order is ready for pickup
  4. Orders can be reserved for up to 4 days , uncollected orders after this period will be fully refunded
  5. Service is available for prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery is not supported
