Free coffee or tea on weekdays

We like to treat our members like family. So, next time you visit the store any day from Monday to Friday, let’s make you feel at home with a free coffee or tea. All you need to do is spend 1 € or more with your IKEA Family card at the Swedish restaurant and exchange your receipt for one mug to pour in the hot drink of your choice.

Special offers every month

As a member you deserve more. This is why you always get special prices on the IKEA range. A list of special offers is updated once a month. To see what offers are available, simply look for blue price labels in the store and online or subscribe to IKEA newsletters and get notified about them via email.

Free insurance of goods

Things don’t always go to plan. When they don’t, it’s nice to know that you are in safe hands. Show your IKEA Family card when paying at the store or add the e-card to your IKEA account when ordering products online for the pick-up. This will insure your new products against any accidental damage on the way home. If you break it, we replace it within 90 days from the date of purchase.

Regular news and inspiration

Join the IKEA Family club and agree to direct marketing when registering. This way you will regularly receive our inspirational newsletters with product news, special offers, and ideas for home. You can also subscribe to newsletters at any time by logging in to your account.

Being first at the pre-sale

We announce a sale twice a year: in the summer and in the winter. As an IKEA Family member, you can check and purchase all pre-sale offers one day earlier than others. Since the amount of goods is usually limited, this means you can get your desired products at special sale prices before they’re out of stock.

+30 min. at the “Småland” play area

Show your IKEA Family card and your child‘s playing session at the Småland children‘s play area will be extended by 30 minutes. This means your child can have more fun while you get to shop in peace.

365-day return policy

Show your IKEA Family card at the check-out or add the e-card to your IKEA account when shopping online, and you will be able to return new and unopened products within 365 days for a full refund in case you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase.
