Delivery options & pricing
How soon you’ll receive your purchase depends on the order size, delivery location, demand and product availability. During online checkout or when booking in-store, you'll see the available delivery options, estimated delivery times, and exact prices—so you can decide what suits you and your wallet.

Standart delivery
Ideal for larger furniture deliveries that can’t be left curbside like beds, wardrobes or appliances. You choose a date and your order will be delivered to either your doorstep or a selected room(s) of your choice.
Delivery price:
- 33,90 € to Tallinn, Rae Parish, Kiili Parish
- 24,90 € to Tartu, Pärnu
- 43,90 € to Harju County
- 34,90 € to Tartu & Pärnu County
- 59,90 € to Nearby counties of Tartu County
- 69,90 € to Nearby counties of Harju County
- 79,90 € to Eastern Estonia
- 69,90 € to Saaremaa and Muhu islands
- 89,90 € to Hiiumaa island
The price includes:
- Order with the max weight of 500 kg/max size of 6 m3.
- Safe delivery of your goods – the service provider will be responsible for getting your order to you in one piece.
- Delivering your products to your doorstep and to an apartment building up to the 5th floor (for every next floor an extra 3 euros will be charged).
- Delivery of products to the entrance door of a private house or to the apartment door in an apartment building up to the 5th floor. If the order needs to be delivered higher than the 5th floor and there is no elevator in the building, an additional fee of 3 euros will be added for each additional floor.
If your order exceeds 500 kg or 6 m³, the home delivery fee will increase. A new rate applies for every additional 500 kg. For example, if your order weighs more than 500 kg, the delivery fee will double. Similarly, if it’s more than 1000 kg, the fee will triple, and so on.
Assembled items purchased from the Showroom or the Discount area are delivered only to the customer’s building outside door.
Delivery service is not available for live plants.
Small order delivery
We get it—you don’t always come to us for big furniture. So if all that you want is some cute little things for your home, we can deliver your smaller purchases at a lower price.
Delivery price:
- 9,90 € in the city areas of Tartu and Pärnu
- 10,90 € in the city areas of Tallinn, Rae Parish and Kiili Parish
- 19,90 € to Tartu County, Pärnu County and Saaremaa and Muhu islands
- 22,90 € to Harju County
Maximum order size: 30 kg.
Small order delivery is available for all online store products marked with the truck icon.
If the weight of products in your shopping cart is higher than the stated maximum value (30,01 kg or more), the standard delivery fee is applied.

- Safe delivery of your goods – the service provider will be responsible for getting your order to you in one piece.
- Delivery of products to the entrance door of a private house or to the apartment door in an apartment building up to the 5th floor. Picking with delivery
Don’t feel like picking all the items yourself? We’ve got you covered. Simply submit your shopping list, and our co-workers will collect the products for you.This service is only available at the IKEA Tallinn store.
Service:
- This service can only be used in IKEA Tallinn store
- This service is the picking of the self-serve furniture area products in IKEA Tallinn store for home delivery
- The picking fee is 17,00 € which is added to the home delivery price accordance with the delivery zone
- If your order includes only products from the full-serve furniture area, we will pick the products free of charge
Maximum order size: 500 kg or 6 m³. If the weight or volume exceeds this limit, the delivery fee increases accordingly. For example, if your order weighs 501 kg or more, it will be charged as two separate orders, and so on.
For example:
In Tallinn, the picking with delivery service costs 17,00 € + 29,90 € = 46,90 €.

- Shop online or in-store. Chase your dreams—leave the transport to us. We’ll handle the delivery.
- Choose from available delivery options at checkout when shopping online, or visit the Customer Service area 26-27 if you're shopping in-store.
- Relax, grab a coffee (or three), and enjoy life while we take care of the rest.
- When your order arrives, check the packages for accuracy and condition. If anything’s wrong, let the delivery driver know or contact us directly.
Good to know
- Carrying of ordered goods is included in the delivery fee. Please note: we do not carry already assembled bulky items from the Showroom or As-Is department.
- We do not deliver food products, live plants or Persian rugs.
- Make sure your delivery fits through the doorways, hallways, staircases or elevators in your home or building. You can find product dimensions under “Package size” on each product page.
