IKEA profile | Questions

With an IKEA profile, we want to provide you with a personal and easier shopping experience. It simplifies your online shopping, lets you create and save shopping lists, manage your personal data, store billing and shipping addresses, and always have an overview of your online purchases to hand.

By the way: to make things simpler and ensure a greater level of transparency and data security, we have merged the IKEA profile and the IKEA Family profile. What this means for you specifically: only one set of login data, only one login page and only one profile overview. And if you’re not part of the IKEA Family yet, you can become a member quickly, easily and free of charge from your IKEA profile centre.   • What can I do if I cannot log in?

    If something goes wrong while attempting to log in, you can reset your password and set a new one. Just click here below the password field: Forgot your password? Please note that you cannot log in to an IKEA profile that you created in another country. It is currently also not possible to create a new IKEA profile using an email address that has already been used for another IKEA profile or an IKEA Family profile – even if this was used for a profile in another IKEA country.

    Please note that you can currently only log in to your IKEA profile and/or IKEA Family profile via the login page. IKEA for Business currently still has its own login and its own profile centre. But we are working on integrating this into the IKEA profile as well so that there will be only one login.

  • What can I do if I cannot register?

    Please note that it is not possible to create a new IKEA profile using an email address that has already been used for another IKEA profile or an IKEA Family profile – even if this was used for a profile in another IKEA country.

  • What is the difference between the IKEA profile, IKEA Family & IKEA for Business?

    The IKEA profile is designed to give you an easy and personal shopping experience on IKEA.ch. It lets you create and save shopping lists, manage your personal data, store billing and shipping addresses, and always have an overview of your online purchases to hand. You can add an IKEA Family membership to your IKEA profile at any time and then enjoy many more benefits, such as exclusive discounts, an overview of your purchases from the store (provided you presented your IKEA Family card when making the purchase), events, and much more. When you become part of the IKEA Family, you can immediately start to enjoy the benefits that come with the IKEA profile and IKEA Family.

    IKEA for Business is the benefits package for self-employed and business people. All the information about this can be found here. Please note that currently only the IKEA profile and the IKEA Family membership are represented from within a profile centre. IKEA for Business currently still has its own login and its own profile centre. But we are working on integrating this part into the IKEA profile as well.
