The nearest TTC station is College Station, located on subway Line 1. This station is also serviced by the 97 Yonge bus route and the 506 Carlton streetcar.
What to know before you visit
- Our first ever urban format store is not like any IKEA store you have seen. Designed specifically for Downtown Toronto living, this location is completely unique.
- You will experience 2 floors with a mix of furniture and home furnishing accessories.
- The majority of the 2,000 take-away products available are home furnishing accessories.
- You can download the IKEA app to save time in-store by scanning selected take-away products on your mobile device and paying at a dedicated check-out lane.
- Start preparing your shopping list now and access it easily in-store through IKEA.ca or the IKEA app.
- Close to 3,500 products are on display for customers to see and touch and order.
- Use your mobile device to scan the QR codes on products that are on display. Then add them to your online cart to order for pick-up or delivery.
- This location is cashless. IKEA gift cards, Interac, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB, Discover, and UnionPay are accepted, as well as ApplePay, AndroidPay and GooglePay.
- There is no parking area dedicated to the IKEA Toronto Downtown - Aura location. Limited paid parking is available at 777 Bay Street.

You can shop for it in store – but you don’t have to
Click and collect service is free and available for select parcel items at IKEA Toronto Downtown - Aura. Place an order online and collect it from our Pick-up location, located at 384 Yonge Street Unit #77 Lower level, M5B0A5, Toronto. For all other orders, you can order online and collect from any one of our other stores or Penguin Pick-up locations.
Here’s how you do it:
Step 1: Choose Downtown Toronto Aura, 384 Yonge Street Unit #77 Lower level, as your Pick-up location in the checkout.
Step 2: Wait until you receive the “Ready for pickup” message before heading to the location for your selected timeframe.
Step 3: Follow the instructions in your pick-up message and proceed to the pick-up location at your selected timeframe. The IKEA Toronto Downtown - Aura Pick-up location is located on the Lower level.
Click and collect pick-up instructions:
Step 1: Enter the Aura building at the Yonge and College Park entrance, and proceed downstairs via escalator or elevator.
Step 2: Go to the Pick-up location at Unit #77 on Lower level, located behind the escalator and beside the elevators.
Step 3: Enter the Pick-up location with your order number ready and government ID ready. Await further instructions from an IKEA co-worker.
Returns and exchanges
Customers can return any IKEA products to the Toronto Downtown - Aura store. It is recommended for large product returns at this location to contact IKEA customer service to discuss alternative return options.
Save time with your in-store return
Get a head start on your return and save time in store. Using this online form, add the products for return and the information requested. Once complete, you will receive a barcode via SMS and e-mail* that you will show the co-worker at the Returns desk when you arrive in store to assist with a quick return process.

Water Use Savings (Water Efficiency)
All plumbing fixtures in our store are high performance low flow fixtures. Using these fixtures equates to over 35% in water consumption savings, which is approximately 1.9 million L of water saved per year.
Energy Efficiency (Energy and Atmosphere)
We've installed ENERGY STAR certified products which allows us to reduce the amount of energy used and greenhouse gases emitted into the atmosphere. To further protect the atmosphere, our refrigerant equipment in our Swedish Deli has low global warming impacts and no ozone-depleting substances
Responsible Material Selection
During construction of this store, we selected materials that minimize the embodied carbon and other impacts associated with extraction, processing, transport, maintenance and disposal of construction materials. Construction waste was diverted from landfills and sent to recycling facilities to be repurposed.
Enhanced Indoor Air Quality
Breathe-easy at IKEA Downtown Toronto - Aura. The finishes in this store were thoughtfully selected to have low-emitting properties. These products are third-party tested to reduce indoor air contamination and improve environmental quality.

We believe in providing a safe indoor environment for our co-workers and customers.Because of this, the ventilation system was designed to maximize fresh air intake while using high-efficiency filtration media to reduce indoor pollutants and particles.
