NoisyWendyNice looking & quite warm, however, it is very crinkly sounding when you move. It also lacks the loops for tying it to a duvet cover. Without a cover, the binding on the edges causes it to be a bit stiff, so it doesn't lay smoothly around your neck. This only affects those who like to pull it up tight to prevent cold air from coming in. I have ordered a cover & am hoping it will fill the gaps left by the binding. 3

Annoying and doesn't lastGloriaThe material shifts like crazy inside the duvet cover. Ikea needs to make a version with 8 straps or snaps: 4 corners and 4 sides. And then make duvet covers that can attach onto the duvet. Aside from how annoying it is, the threads that hold the top and bottom layer together, essentially the threading that creates the pocket regions, all started unraveling. It started on all the edges and is working it's way inwards. It's not one or two rows...it's practically every row and both directions.1

Material

How to care for your polyester duvet

With a little care, you can prolong the life of your polyester duvet and keep it feeling and looking fresh. Use a mild detergent and set your washer on delicate cycle at 60°C – a temperature that eliminates dust mites. Avoid using bleach and fabric softeners. Polyester duvets can be either air-dried or tumble-dried according to the care instructions. In between washes, air your duvet regularly, if possible, in direct sunlight.
