If you rotate the brackets, you can fix the guard rail to beds and extendable beds with bed sides that are 44 mm thick.

Perfect side rail for toddler bed

I am so happy I purchased this over a kmart or baby bunting side rail. It's so much more sturdy, and I feel better about the transition for my toddler. Not too high or low perfect and I can use it when she gets her big girl bed.

I got this for my 2 year old to stop him rolling out of the cot (side had to be removed) and he hasn’t rolled out while sleeping since, and there is space for him to climb out safely.
