5 years going and still greatmv001I bought mine a while back and I still absolutely love it. No problem with the cushions flattening as I take good care of rotating it. It doesn't have indents and I haven't had to replace the cover yet. It's a must for a lovely reading corner.5
TerribleJASMINE CATERYOU SOLD ME A PRODUCT SO LARGE THAT I CANT EVEN USE!! THE ENTIRE COUCH COVER HAS BEEN COMPLETELY DISCONTINUED! I’m LIVID!!!1
Flattened cushions :(Notimpressed2020I bought my Kivik chair and chaise in 2014 for its design and comfort. It fit perfectly with the small size of my condo while making a perfect living room spot. Unfortunately, I have had the hardest time finding a replacement chaise cushion. It completely flattened to the point that when I sit there, my legs sit higher than my thighs and I always end up having the pins and needles. The chaise cushion completely flattened after a few years of irregular use. It was even sitting in storage (safely, without any pressure) for two years at some point. I am not sure what warranty this is under, but the comfort definitely does not last. Still hoping to find a replacement cushion, other wise considering moving my TV to the bedroom. I simply cannot afford to buy a whole new couch.1
Cushion way too thin compared to the sofa cushionsKristin DeeBought this chaise a few weeks ago with the 3 seater sofa... the sofa’s cushions are both thick and came ready to use, while the chaise’s cushion came vacuum sealed... after opening it was very thin compared to the 2 sofa cushions... it rests a few inches lower than the other 2 and looks ridiculous... very disappointed1
DisappointedPeelpeelPurchased the KIVIK chaise 2 years ago as a reading chair for the bedroom. It’s used very rarely, like once a month, and already looks picked and shabby. The fabric seems too loose in both the weave and the fit ( the Hillared in Anthracite), the back cushion is already baggy and shapeless. We’ve been Ikea shoppers for more than 35 years and sadly, this is the most disappointing purchase we’ve ever made.2
Perfect new sofaLanaliciousLiterally bought this morning. I’ve had the idea to use it multiple ways. As a spot to relax watch tv, as a sleeper for guests as well to read.5
