UncomfortableJennPI ordered these online a year ago to add to an existing set. These used to be super comfortable. They've been updated to a piece of curved plywood that pushes up. Super uncomfortable! Nobody wants to sit on those ones. I don't live in an area with a store. And because of the pandemic we have not been able to return them within the 365 days. Super disappointed with these. They used to be so amazing. Don't change what works!1

If I had known it has changed and now Extremely uncomfortable like sitting on a wooden block, I would have purchased a Nicer chair for almost the same cost from Wayfair, knowing the quality would be far superior to this (would just have to make sure they do not use fire retardant on their materials which you can find but you have to research) Really disappointed.1
Ikea why did you change this chair.???Natalie23I needed to get some more chairs to match my older set. Instead of the comfortable banding in the seat they have replaced them with a hard piece of fake wood. So disappointed!!2
