Cons:
-Poor paint finish in some of the parts.
-Parts of the wood had a slight bend.
-Hard to put together without a drill. I couldn’t complete step 24 (securing the bed slat) since the pre drilled holes were too small for the screw.
Disappointing Quality & End FinishingHusseinI purchased two Hemnes beds for my children, but one of them had a defective footboard and both beds had poor paint finishes. Considering the price paid, I was disappointed with the overall quality.
Quite good, exposed hardwareMarthaIt's a bit of a strange design where you can see a couple of the bits of hardware on the headboard just above the mattress. We've put some white dot stickers over them so they're less obvious. The headboard wasn't totally easy to put together, but we got it all done. On the whole it seems like a sturdy bed. The drawers underneath were easy to build and slide in and out nicely.

Perfect all aroundAnonymousPut 2 of these beds together. Easy set up, questioned the independent under drawers until we used them..work great even on the carpet and are very spacious. Really happy with the purchase so far.
