Cheap dresser that broke during assemblyAmanda S.During assembly both side panels on the dresser broke. The wooden pegs went directly through the side panels and stripped the wood. We don’t live near an IKEA so can’t exchange the parts, nor can they ship one part, and they won’t provide any type of refund option. Nearly every piece of furniture in our home is IKEA and we’ve never had an assembly issue until now. Not satisfied with the product or customer service in dealing with this issue.1

Great dresser!MARGARETI really like this dresser and the fact that it is solid wood. However, there were some quality concerns such as very bad knots that had been filled on one side and were hollow on the other - probably would dry out and pop over time. I exchanged for another and it was fine.5
