Harlanda sofa reviewReg_Ikea_CustomerExtremely uncomfortable and not sold as advertisedI have bought many products from Ikea over the years (including sofas, dressers, matress etc.) and I was always satisfied with the value/quality of their products however I can't say the same for the Harlanda series.... Two days ago I received the sofa I've built using the online tool and wich includes one armrest, loveseat section and the footrest wich is attached to end of sofa - cost close to $1000. 1. Loveseat section The seat and back cushions are terribly uncomfortable (I can't understand other reviews stating this couch is comfortable). When I sit and lay on back cushion, I can feel the 'woodframe' on my back through the cushions. 2. The seat cushions rest directly on spring covered with very thin material and NOT with 2 foam covered springs AS ADVERTISED on their website (this picture is on all Harlanda sofa). 3. When looking at my sofa, the seat cushions (loveseat section) are significally lower than the ottoman's cushion (wich is extremely confortable) and making the sofa look uneven......so sofa cushions, definitly not the same type of foam than the ottoman! I am very disapointed I have bought this sofa based on reviews as some state this sofa to be 'cloud like' - NOT true If you're considering for the look OK.....but for lounging and confort it's a big NO.2
