The space on balconies are often very limited, so we created a half umbrella and base. Place them flat against the wall or balcony rail and relax in the comfort of the shade.
The fabric gives very good protection against the sun’s UV rays as it has a UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) rating of 25+, which means it blocks 96% of the ultraviolet radiation. You can place this umbrella flat against the wall or balcony rail, which means it takes very little space and is perfect for small areas. You can adjust the height of the umbrella to perfectly suit your space.May be completed with TOSTERÖ umbrella cover (63").The umbrella does not provide protection against reflected or scattered solar ultraviolet radiation.Always fold the umbrella when not in use and never use it when it is windy. If you place the umbrella against a balcony rail, you must secure it in place using the included strap.Different wall materials require different types of fasteners. Use fasteners suitable for the walls in your home.Designer

Great for small spacesAmdeI bought this to provide shade for my hot tub. The half moon shape of the base means it can butt right up against the hot tub and the shape of the umbrella allows you to have shade where you need it without overtaking a small space. It’s very easy to move around. The only drawback is that the fabric faded a lot, it’s otherwise in perfect working order. I’ve had it for three summers (purchased in 2016).4
Will fit nicely on our balconyDogooderWe are happy with the weighted bottom, we get higher winds on the 20th floor. We would have liked a colour selection for the cloth instead of only black. The material will have to test time. It is thinner than I would have liked.5
awkward, heavy, large base...parasol but no baseI purchased this combo separately for the balcony of my high-rise condo. The Coquitlam store had the umbrella, but not the base and it was a huge hassle getting the base. The base is extremely heavy, large and cumbersome, easy to trip over, and difficult to move around a high-rise patio as the sun changes position in the sky. The black umbrella, the white stem, and the dark grey base together look as though they were designed separately and not aesthetically appealing as one unit. The grey, black, and white don't fit into many colour schemes.1
giocomDifficult to secure pole to base. Needed help along with extra tape to hold it in place .3
Great for small spaces2PupsWith the weather as it is I haven’t had much time to put this to good use but I have put it together and it looks like it did the trick4
Now you can enjoy shade on your balcony without a big round umbrella and base taking up all the space. FLISÖ umbrella has its pole at the back and BRAMSÖN umbrella base is semi-circular and flat on one side – so they line up flush against a wall. That gives you shade, without getting in your way!
