Great for low tables!bananaramaI use it to sit at a low table when doing work instead of sitting on the floor. Easy to store and visually appealing, unfortunately I do find they hurt my lower back after sitting for more than an hour. They are great for quick seating when you have guests though!4
Bon BonI loved this foot stool at first! I bought three for my family buy return them after a week! They’re too big for our living room. I will definitely buy it again if Ikea make them a bit smaller!4
Fits right under my coffee table!BThompsonI love, love, love this foot stool. I put a square of sheepskin on it, and kick it under my table when I’m not using it (which is rare).5
amazing stoolscullenmkI bought two of these stools about a month ago and LOVE them. I have them staked in my living room. Highly recommend!5
More cute than practicalIkeaKellyLove the way this looks but it's too low to be a comfortable ottoman or extra seating. Two stacked together would be better.3
Perfect FootstoolVaresaLove this product... It looks great with my decor, is functionally comfortable as a footstool and I've also used it as a low seat. In fact, I'm planning on purchasing another one!5

Material

What are banana fibres?

The strong banana fibre is a by-product of banana growing. The plant only bears fruit once, and instead of letting the trunk go to waste, the outer fibres can be dried and then woven and braided into things like baskets, table mats and furniture. By using fibres from different banana species we get a natural colour variation – and a more vibrant expression.
