Beautiful, Comfortable, DurableNOA L.This is actually one of the most comfortable chairs I found at Ikea. We've had ours for years now and it gets heavy use. It is still sturdy, still beautiful. A cute chairJJ_MontrealI like the material (rattan and bamboo). It is natural and is cool in the summer. My husband complained about the uneven of the surface. This will be solved if there is a cushion on the top. Unfortunately, there is only one color for the matching cushion. It's not the desirable one (light pink)4

Bad quality chairDarlanI got this chair back in March because I wanted to have bamboo like furniture in my apartment. The chair is not comfortable even with cushion I got for it. Now after around two months of daily normal use, the chair is not holding up. When seating, the legs start stretching to the point the height is not the same. I will request a refund. The quality of this chair is not acceptable. Not to mention that Ikea did not deliver it with my normal order and I had to wait 4 more days to get it delivered.2

Surprisingly effective dining chairBearcubusThis basic rattan chair is surprisingly effective as a dining chair. Comfy, sturdy enough, looks all right around the dining table. Glad I bought. Cats rip it up, as they do so much of my furniture; so the replacement price is right. I agree that until they start selling a reliable sewing machine again, IKEA should consider offering more than a white cushion which gets dirty. Why not black as well? I hear the purchaser complaining about delivery. It's not just IKEA. I have the same problems with UPS--Expects you to be home all day or pick up at their warehouse; and with Costco--never less than a month to deliver stock to urban, Prairie Canada from the Quebec warehouse. Sometimes nearing two months. Just the same with Wayfair. I generally feel like it's the 19th century here, and I'm ordering from the Sears-Roebuck catalog in the dry goods store down at the county seat. Online purchasing works only poorly in spacious, small-market Canada.4
