Fairly easy to assemble andSandraFairly easy to assemble and looks great in my living room. I love the sleek and simple design of the kivik only wished it was a sofa bed too! Anyways very happy with this couch, it’s firm just as I like it. The covers are removable and washable, I don’t regret this purchase.5

Great sofa. Only problem isMOYRAGreat sofa. Only problem is the cushion on base piping keeps slipping down every time you sit on it.4
Incredibly solid!BruceNow I know why IKEA backs the KIVIK with a 10 year guarantee... this thing is built like a tank and feels like it will last forever!5
Great for our family roomLynetteLove this 3 seater sofa. The cushions are a little hard still but it's brand new and I expect them to soften up over time and use. Whilst overall it was easy to build on my own, attaching the arms to the main frame proved to be a little more difficult. The holes on the arms didn't match up to the main frame so a bit of the wooden board did chip away. I would definitely recommend spending the time to iron out the cover before placing it on the sofa.4
Perfect lounge for a family of fourJessicaLove this lounge, it’s comfy and has lots of room for 2 x adults and 2 x kids!5

We weren"t intending to getIreneWe weren't intending to get another IKEA lounge, but the Kivik was too comfy for the reasonable price. Sturdier than our last couch, pretty easy to assemble. The hard wearing fabric is what probably won my partner over... With three kids and a dog, it needs to be durable!5
Firm comfortable and easy toFionaFirm comfortable and easy to put together...its worth putting the effort into ironing the couch fabric as instructed as it looks really good once all put together...5
Great StyleJen MWe purchased a 3 seat and 2 seat Kivik 4 years ago for our apartment and have loved them. The covers were made of a high quality fabric, and they've lasted really well. Since then, Ikea has changed the cover range. We purchased a Hillared dark blue 3 seater a year ago and the fabric has very quickly become quite saggy. Our daughter also purchased one a little after us, because we both loved the colour, but she's also been disappointed with the quality of this fabric. I'm waiting for Ikea to bring out another colour range and we'll change the cover. We also purchased a 3 seater Orsted Red. This was a cheaper fabric option but has held up a lot better than the more expensive Hillared fabric. We LOVE the style of the couch. It's a fabulous size. Big enough for most people to sleep on. We use it as a sofa bed by taking the back cushions off. Plus, the wide arm rests are perfect to rest a computer, book or tray on. We really love the Kivik - just beware of fabric / cover choice.3
Most comfy!Ahling83We bought this sofa when we first moved to Perth. 7 years later, 1 house move, 2 kids and a cat, we still love this sofa. It is also very nice to sleep on. We bought a new sofa before my eldest came, but returned to the Kivik as it is soo comfy. The covers are washable so it’s easy to clean. The only con is that the cushions are not attached to the seat frame so u have to position them back when they slump down.5
Best sofa EVER!GioRuThis sofa is just perfect! I love the memory foam layer in the seat cushions, they're always firm and not saggy. The low armrest are great to use as side table for cups and glasses by just adding a little chopping board and they're also great to nap on the sofa because they're of the perfect height. Last but not least the removable and machine washable cover has saved me so many times! With the kids and the dog around I've been able to wash it already 3 times and it always look brand new! well done IKEA this is a hit!5
