    The best way to extend the life of your outdoor cushion is by cleaning it regularly and storing it in a cool, dry place indoors or in a storage bag whenever not in use.

    Make sure the cushion is completely dry before storing it away in the storage bag.

    Do not tumble dry.

    Machine wash, max 40°C, normal process.

    Close the zipper before washing.

    Do not bleach.

Do not buy, rips apart & degrades under 12 monthsPJ9161In just under 12 months of owning them, the cushion covers ripped apart and the inserts were degraded. I bought them as part of a large outdoor set so had 6 seat cushions and all of them just ripped on their own in the center. That's $210 wasted for a product that did not fulfill what it was meant to do, be a durable outdoor cushion. I would highly recommend NOT buying these cushions. I wish I had known sooner.1

The inside cushion cover material has completely fallen apart, turned into powder, making it impossible to remove the cover to wash. And being outdoors, it needs to be washed regularly. Since I can't wash them anymore, they got stained and mouldy. I do not recommend this product. Not sure what to do with my outdoor setting now.1

So far so good.godofthunderCushions look great and have lasted five years so far. We keep them clean by storing them in the garage when not in use. They generally stay out on the furniture during summer but get put away in winter. Just follow the care suggestions and they'll be fine. Poor quality fabriclancastrianFabric is thin and zippers not sturdy enough. I carefully machine washed the covers according to the instructions and the colour went blotchy. Then recently they accidentally got rained on and the water marks were not removable - I tried everything. The setting has only been used five times, as we have another one. Nothing has been spilled on it and it has a heavy duty (non-Ikea) furniture cover when not in use, but cushions need replacing. As another reviewer said, why aren't separate covers sold?1
Gets mouldy fast, can"t get it off!Anonymous reviewerCushions looked great for about one month, then they got mouldy, black dots of mould all over them! There's no way to get the mould off! I've tried everything, machine wash, bleach, mould cleaner etc. Why can't you buy new covers for them?1
