Or turn it into a small meal by adding nuts, seeds or muesli.Serves 3–4 persons.Defrost 140 g (approx. 15 pieces) of smoothie mix overnight in the fridge, at room temperature for 2 hours or in a microwave for 1 minute at 500 W.Add 60 ml of water and stir.Unopened and opened packaging should be stored frozen at -18 °C or colder.Store defrosted smoothie mix in the fridge and use within 24 hours after defrosting.
