Inquiring about services or a purchase?
Please have all your information ready for a quick resolution, e.g. your receipt with purchase/visit date, your POS and Transac number (found at the bottom of your receipt) and your iSell service number for services. See below for details on where to find this information.

If you are requesting a receipt please include: date of purchase & total amount spent on transaction and your IKEA Family number.

For product quality or warranty issues please include your address as well as photos where possible.
