1. I have noticed some changes to the options in 'my profile'… Why is this?
Because the IKEA FAMILY scheme is brand new to the UK we are currently testing the best ways of working with our website. You may therefore encounter some changes within the ‘my profile’ section of the FAMILY site as we do our best to ensure we gain the most relevant information from you, so we can send you the best offers. On occasion we may also need to change or add to sections within ‘my profile’ due to business developments within IKEA. Thank you for you patience.
