From time to time even IKEA needs to make space and refresh.
This May, IKEA Coventry is revitalizing it's Living rooms department, giving us the perfect opportunity to understand our customers thoughts around buying living rooms furniture at IKEA.
We'd like to invite customer's to store to reflect on our Living rooms department before the rebuild and then invite the same customers back later in July after the rebuild.
As a thank you for attending both sessions, customers will be given a £30 gift card as a token of IKEAs gratitude at the end of the second focus group sitting. (Customers must attend both sessions to receive the gift card).
