"MEET & GREET" TOURS
If your group or organization is planning to visit our store, please let us know ahead of time. Give us advance notice and we'd be happy to welcome your group to the store. This would include some quick facts about the company/store and tips on how to make the group’s shopping experience a little easier here at IKEA Tempe. SMÅLAND
Did you know that IKEA Tempe has a supervised play area called Småland for children who meet the height requirement and are potty-trained (child must be 37" to 54" tall)? It's located downstairs in our lobby and children can participate for free for 60-minutes. Children can have an IKEA SMILE card validated during each visit to Småland and receive a free gift after their sixth visit. In addition, there are smaller play areas throughout the store for kids to enjoy with their parents’ supervision.
RETURN POLICY
Return the unused item in its original packaging within 90 days now. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used bedding (linens, quilts, pillows, and mattress pads), cut fabric, products for our "As Is" department, and custom countertops. Andeffective on August 1, 2009, ID will be required for all in-store returns transactions (with or without receipt) totaling $100 or more.

ENTERPRISE RENTAL VANS AVAILABLE
Is your car too small to take your IKEA merchandise home? You’re in luck! Now you can still get it home right after you’re done shopping. Vans are available for rent downstairs in our Customer Service department. Rates start at $19.99 plus tax for the first two hours. Be sure to look for the Enterprise kiosk before you leave to make arrangements or ask a coworker for more details.

Taking things with you saves you money, but if you need help getting things home, we can arrange delivery starting at $55. Ask a coworker for more details as well as what the pricing to your home would be.

“LOVE IT OR EXCHANGE IT” MATTRESS POLICY
You may exchange your mattress once within 90 days if you don’t love it. Return your mattress with your receipt to the store and select your new mattress.
