IKEA Sunrise offers a supervised play area called Småland for children who meet the height requirement and are potty-trained (child must be 37" to 54" tall). It's located at the entrance lobby. In addition, there are smaller play areas throughout the store for kids to enjoy with their parents' supervision.
RETURN POLICY
Return the unused item in its original packaging within 90 days. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used bedding (linens, quilts, pillows, and mattress pads), cut fabric, products for our "As Is" department, and custom countertops. Photo ID required for all returns.
HOME DELIVERY
Taking things with you saves you money, but if you need help getting things home, we can arrange delivery starting at $79.99. Home delivery is located in the customer service area.
ASSEMBLY SERVICES
We can refer you to an experienced local contractor who can assemble your furniture for you. Ask a coworker for rates and details.

“LOVE IT OR EXCHANGE IT” MATTRESS POLICY
You may exchange your mattress once within 90 days if you don’t love it. Return your mattress with your receipt to the store and select your new mattress. We are unable to exchange your mattress if your merchandise is found to dirty, stained, damaged or abused. See store or catalog for more details.
VEHICLE RENTALS AVAILABLE
Is your car too small to take your IKEA merchandise home? You’re in luck! You can get it home right after you’re done shopping by selecting a van or truck rental service from the list provided in-store. Please ask a co-worker for more details.
SALES FOR EXPORT
According to the State of Florida, Rule 12A-1.0015 (2) (a) “every sale of tangible personal property to a person physically present at the time of sale is presumed to have been delivered in Florida” therefore are subjected to sales tax. “The intent of the seller and the purchaser to export the property is not sufficient to establish that the property is not subject to tax in Florida.”
CONSUMER’S CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION
If you wish to make a tax-exempt purchase using a Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption, The state of Florida has the following requirements:
All Government Entities:
1) Must provide IKEA with a copy of the tax-exempt certificate
All Non-Government Entities:
1) Must provide IKEA with a copy of the tax-exempt certificate ALL purchases must be made using your organization’s credit card, purchase card or by using company funds. If using a credit/purchase card, the name on the card must match the name on the tax exempt certificate. If using company funds, identification will be required.
RESALE CERTIFICATES
If you wish to make a tax-exempt purchase using a Resale Certificate, the State of Florida and IKEA Florida, LLC have the following requirements:
1) All goods purchased must be intended to be resold
2) Must provide IKEA with a copy of the resale certificate
3) All resale certificates must have your company name and date of sale
