IKEA Frisco offers a wide array of family friendly services to make your shopping experience more complete. At IKEA Frisco you'll find:

- playhouses throughout the store
- family restrooms
- strollers
- bottle warmers, high chairs, and a play area for children in the restaurant
- Free children's activities throughout the year
- 99¢ meals for children
And, last but not least, Småland, a FREE supervised children's play area. If your child is between 37" to 54" and potty trained, he or she is welcome to play in Småland for 1 hour while you shop.
Småland hours:
Mon- Sat~ 10am-8pm
Sun~ 10am-6pm
We also have a FREE kids craft activity every second Tuesday of the month from 6-7pm. Check out our Frisco store event calendar to see what we're doing this month!

The As-Is department is the place for bargains at IKEA Frisco. This department is stocked with tons of assembled products, including items from former displays, slightly damaged items, and marketplace items that are out of their box.

Love it or Exchange it!
Our new 'Love it or Exchange it' mattress policy is a great way to test out a new IKEA mattress to make sure you get just the right comfort level you're looking for.
You may return your mattress once within 90 days if you don't love it. Return your mattress with your receipt to the store and select your new mattress. We are unable to exchange your mattress if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged, or abused.
Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used bedding (linens, quilts, pillows, and mattress pads), cut fabric, products from the As-Is department, and custom countertops.
You may return your mattress once within 90 days if you don't love it. Return your mattress with your receipt to the store and select your new mattress. We are unable to exchange your mattress if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged, or abused.

What will IKEA do to correct the problem?
IKEA will examine the product and decide, at its sole discretion, if it's covered under the limited warranty. IKEA will then, under its sole discretion, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or comparable product. In these cases, IKEA will pay the costs of the repairs, spare parts, labor and travel for repair staff the will incur, provided that the product is accessible for repair without special expenditure. This does not apply to any repair work not authorized by IKEA. Replaced parts become the property of IKEA or Whirlpool. If the item is no longer sold by IKEA, IKEA will provide an appropriate replacement. It is IKEA that, in its sole discretion, determines what constitutes an appropriate replacement.
