Assembly
IKEA products are designed to be assembled by you, but if you prefer, we can recommend an in-home assembly company. See a coworker for rates.

Returns
It's OK, you can bring it back. IKEA allows you to return unused items in original packaging within 90-days of purchase, as long as you have a receipt. There are some exclusions ask a co-worker for details.

Recycling Program
Bring in your used fluorescent light bulbs and we’ll recycle them for you. Our Recycle Center is located next to the exit of the store.

Love It Or Exchange It
You may exchange your mattress once within 90 days if you don’t love it. Return your mattress with your receipt to the store and select your new mattress. We are unable to exchange your mattress if your merchandise is found to dirty, stained, damaged or abused. See a coworker for more details.

Appliance/Mattress Removal
For $25 our delivery company will remove your old appliance or mattress and dispose of it according to the highest environmental and state standards.
