The IKEA experience begins...
Start upstairs in the Showroom. Grab a store map/shopping list, pencil, measuring tape, and yellow bag. You won't need a shopping cart in the Showroom -- you'll want your hands free to explore our room settings and model homes.

Soak in the details! And get ready to be inspired!

Explore! IKEA's friendly and knowledgeable co-workers in yellow shirts are available to help you, when you're in need of assistance.

Read the tags. Sizes, colors, choices, care info ... it's all there. Red tags tell you where to pick up your selections in the Self Serve Warehouse, simply write down the location on your Shopping List! Yellow tags let you know to ask a co-worker for help.

Be sure to visit the IKEA restaurant, featuring traditional Swedish and American cuisine. Not only is the food delicious, it's a great place to relax and take time out to think about your shopping decisions. IKEA Draper is a big store and we know it takes a long time to see everything. It's easy to work up an appetite as you shop so we offer great food at great prices right in the middle of the store!

After exploring the Showroom and taking a break in the restaurant, you'll head downstairs to the Marketplace!
The Marketplace shops are overflowing with everything to make a house your home! You'll find everything from apple slicers to zebra pillows, all kinds of lighting, and every little thing you need for your kitchen.

Decorate with posters, frames, lamps, vases, candles, plants and much more. Coordinate with rugs, curtains, cushions, bed linen, and fabric too. Organize with baskets, boxes, and all kinds of shelving and storage. Entertain with cookware, tableware, cutlery, and so much more...

Picking up your furniture
The Self-Serve Warehouse is where you'll find -- and pick up -- the furniture you saw in the Showroom.

Refer back to your shopping list where you wrote down the aisle and bin number of the products you wanted to buy. Upon entering the Self Serve Warehouse, you'll grab a flat cart and find the location of your items. All aisle and bin numbers are shown in red. Just look for the big red signs.
