RETURN POLICY
It’s OK, you can bring it back. IKEA allows you to return unused items in original packaging within 90–days of purchase, as long as you have a receipt. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used bedding ( linens, quilts, pillows and mattress pads), cut fabric, products from our As-Is Department, and custom countertops.
DELIVERY SERVICE
If you need assistance getting your purchase home, we can help arrange store- to-door delivery by an independent delivery company at a reasonable rate. We even have same day delivery available. Some restrictions may apply. See store for details.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Most IKEA products are designed to be assembled by you, but if you prefer, we can recommend an independent in-home assembly or installation service. For a resonable charge, they can put it all together for you!
