Easy Recipes for Entertaining
Here are some super easy recipes for your next party or get together, so you have more time to relax with your favorite people!

Buffalo Chicken Meatball skewers
1 (2.5lb) bag IKEA chicken Meatballs
1 16 oz bottle of Buffalo wing sauce
1 bunch celery
2 packages (125g) IKEA Blue Cheese (cut into medium chunks)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Combine wing sauce and chicken meatballs in a baking dish
Bake for 15 minutes
Allow to cool
Cut off root end of celery and cut larger pieces in half length-wise to form a skewer.
Slide a meatball, piece of blue cheese and a 2nd meatball on to the celery piece.

Hot Smoked Salmon Sliders
1pkg.(400g) IKEA Hot Smoked Salmon
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 cups shredded red cabbage
Sandwich slider bunds or rolls
Sweet pickle chips for garnish (optional)

Allow salmon to thaw and remove skin
In a bowl, combine flaked salmon and BBQ sauce and form into small, loose patties.
Place on slider buns and top with shredded cabbage
Garnish with sweet pickle chips

Cream Cheese & Lingonberry Crepes
1 bag IKEA Swedish Pancakes
1 24oz tub cheesecake filling
1 jar IKEA Lingonberry Jam

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Place crepes on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes
Allow to cool to handle
Unfold crepes and sppon cheesecake filling and lingonberry jam into each
Roll crepes and dust with powdered sugar

Assorted Gourmet Muffins
1 box IKEA Lemon Muffin Mix
1 box IKEA Chocolate Muffin Mix
12 Maraschino cherries
1 cup poppy seeds
2 cups coarse granulated sugar

Prepare muffin mix according to directions
Add poppy seeds to the lemon muffin mix
Pour muffin mix into lined muffin or cupcake tins (each box makes 12)
Place a cherry into the center of each chocolate muffin
Sprinkle each muffin with granulated sugar
Bake according to directions on muffin mix

Deviled eggs with smoked salmon
INGREDIENTS: 100 g IKEA LAX KALLRÖKT smoked salmon, thawed 7 large organic eggs, hard boiled
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard 2 tsp white wine vinegar 1 tbsp minced shallots ground black pepper dill for garnish oxalis or other local seasonal herbs, for garnish
1. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks, placing them into a mixing bowl.
2. In another bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard and white wine vinegar.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of the mayonnaise mixture to the egg yolks and mash with a fork. Add the rest of the mayonnaise mixture until it forms a smooth consistency.
4. Slice the salmon very thinly.
5. Scoop the mixture back into the egg halves, topping with salmon slices and oxalis or other edible flower.
