Come celebrate and have Breakfast with Santa December 4th 9:30am-1130am in the IKEA Baltimore Restaurant.
Santa will move to the Sofa Department in the Furniture Showroom at noon where children will have the opportunity to share their wish list and take pictures with Santa!

We will provide a free photo for customers who wish to take advantage of the photo op which will be available for pick up at the IKEA Restaurant Friday December 9. See an IKEA Co-worker for details.

Lets Play for Change
Join our Good Cause Campaign, Let’s Play for Change, which highlights the benefits of play for all Children. For every children’s book and toy sold through November 20- December 24, 2016, the IKEA Foundation will make a donation of €1 to projects in some of the poorest communities in the world.

Help your local community by purchasing soft toys at the IKEA Baltimore Store and placing them in the collection bin at the exit of the store. All donated soft toys will be given to the Baltimore City and Baltimore County Police Departments to keep in police cruiser trunks for children in need.

Turn your drawing into a real soft toy!
Its time again for the IKEA FAMILY drawing competition! Starting November 12th, join children from all over the world can vote for next year’s limited edition soft toys, supporting children’s right to play! The Soft Toy drawing that receives the most online votes from around the world will be a part of a limited edition Soft Toy collection next year!

IKEA believes in improving opportunities for children and their families. Several co-workers are traveling to rural West Virginia to visit Save the Children literacy programs funded by IKEA USA.

Save the Children Early Steps to School Success Program
The Early Steps to School Success program currently works in eight communities in five counties serving 3,197 children. The program lays a critical foundation of language, literacy skills, and social and emotional development for children from birth to age five. This includes home visits, book exchanges, parenting groups and an emphasis on transition to school, including equipping parents and caregivers with the skills to successfully support children’s growth.
