"I've collected crocheted pot holders for many years, and when I was designing LUSY BLOM rug I brought them out, as well as a lot of other things I like. Then I turned off my mobile phone and started cutting, pasting and moving everything around. I was driven by the silence and my own work process. It makes me happy to see the simple pattern and hope it does you, too. I also designed the pattern so you can put several rugs together, if you want."
