The mirror glass can detach unexpectedly from the wardrobe door. A falling glass mirror can shatter, creating sharp shards when it breaks.
IKEA has received fourteen incident reports, including one minor injury in Europe. No incidents were reported in the US or Canada.
The affected production weeks are 1039 – 1048 (YYWW). The product name PAX AURLAND and the production week and supplier number is printed on the rear of the glass mirror door, lower edge.
