DELIVERY SERVICE
If you don't have a car or need help deliver products home, we can arrange the delivery service for you. Just talk to our coworkers for details.
ASSEMBLY SERVICE
IKEA products are designed to be assembled easily by yourself, however if you prefer we provide professional assembly service. Ask a coworker for rates and details.
30-Day exchange & refund service. It’s OK to change your mind!
If you are not satisfied with the product purchased at IKEA, within 30 days from the date of purchase bring back the product(s) in its original package (with bar code) that are not assembled and used, bring the GUI (company GUI chop is required for purchase under company’s invoice numbers, and credit card owner must be present by self with original paid credit card) to our Exchange & Refund Counter of the store where the product(s) was purchased, we will exchange it or give you refund. We can not accept exchange or return on cut fabric, customized kitchen set and flooring, light bulb, plants, discounted product, As is product, unwrapped mattress, bed linen, used product, wrongly assembled or product damaged (such as mirror, glass...) after check-out or acknowledgment of receipt.
