Ingredients: <br />50g yeast<br />125g melted butter<br />5 dl warm milk<br />1 1/2 dl caster sugar<br />a pinch of sea salt<br />14-15 dl plain flour<br /><br />Filling: 75g soft butter, 3/4 dl caster sugar, 2 tbs cinnamon.<br /><br />1. Stir yeast into warm milk & melted butter. Mix in sugar, salt & flour and work dough. Let rise for 20min. Meanwhile, mix filling ingredients.2. Cut dough in half. Roll out flat, spread filling and roll up. Cut 20 pieces from each roll and let rise for another 30min on a baking tray. Brush with egg before baking at 250C for 5–7min.
