Paper inspiration
When designer Jon Karlsson was at a factory in China to see samples of a new lamp, a group stood around the prototype waiting for his feedback. Except Jon wasn’t looking at the sample. He was on a spontaneous factory tour and had wandered into a room filled with paper. Feeling inspired, he played with the paper, making a new lamp shade that became VARMLUFT.
