Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of books and perform general accounting functions
  • Prepare monthly reports, analysis, forecasting and yearly budget
  • Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all types of financial and management reporting
  • Monitor POS systems performance and coordinate with vendors & inter-departments
  • Supervise the daily activities of accounting staff
  • Handle other tasks as assigned e.g. internal audit control and annual stock take
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, with ACCA Level II or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with 3 years at supervisory level
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Responsible, self-motivated with good initiative
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

IT Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management, deployment and coordination of all IT infrastructures and to ensure that connectivity to all Stores, Head Office and Warehouse are under normal operations
  • Responsible for on-going support and project management of all IT Operations in Stores and Head Office
  • Responsible in managing Windows, Linux Servers and AS400 (is a plus), MS-Exchange, MS-SQL 2005/2008, AD and LAN/WAN environment its network connectivity and devices such as firewalls, switches and routers
  • Manage and develop guidelines and policy and procedures of all IT Operations of the Company
  • Responsible for the implementation, management and monitoring of IT Policy, Security and procedures of all IT Operations of the Company
  • Ensure proper documentation of all infrastructures, data centre, each servers and equipments and network diagrams are in place and up-to-date
  • Provides 24 x 7 management and support of all IT Operations
Requirements:
  • University graduate in computer science/information technology or equivalent
  • Experience in a heterogeneous IT environment with the ability to manage people and projects
  • Experience in data centre running multiple servers such as Windows, Linux and AS400
  • Solid experience and or certification in Windows 2003, Windows 2008, MS-Exchange, Active Directory, MS-SQL 2005 / 2008 and My-SQL data management
  • Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and managing external vendors
  • Understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Good communication skills and able to manage people at all levels
  • Able to conduct presentation and training with excellent planning and organization skills
  • Team player, driver, result oriented and willing to learn
  • Basic networks, PC setup and general IT troubleshooting skills
  • Fluent English in both written and spoken is a must, mandarin would be an asset

Business Analyst (Online Business)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Business Manager in planning and implementation of sales and market data analysis from online business or other data source
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external software house for operational issues
  • Prepare regular reports for management review
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Management Science / Information Technology or related fields
  • At least 2 years business analysis or data mining experience
  • Proficient in Office Excel, Access VBA & HTML
  • Strong analytical skills and numeric sensitive
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Working experience in retail industry would be an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience would also be considered as Junior Business Analyst

Senior Training Officer

Responsibilities:

  • To identify training needs, design and implement training programs such as orientation, customer service, selling skill and supervisory management
  • To evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and conduct follow-up activities
  • Closely work with different departments to fulfill specific learning and development needs
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management or relative disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant training experience in high volume retail or service industry
  • Analytical, organised and detail-minded
  • Self-motivated and possess proactive mindset
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
  • Competencies in Chinese word processing and MS software application, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • To answer and conduct customers' telephone call in arranging order and delivery issues
  • To handle general enquiries and complaints by providing effective and efficient solutions to customers
Requirements:
  • Form 5 or above, 1- 2 years working experience in customer service field
  • Good telephone manner and customer-oriented
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, fair in Mandarin
  • Hands-on PC knowledge
  • Shift duties are required
