Your future position “Department Head” in ‘Sales’ or ‘Communication and Interior design’ is part of the steering team of one of our 9 business units (stores) in Switzerland.

The Young Professional Program at IKEA contains the following:

you lead a team and you are responsible for your own business area from the very beginning

you are supported and coached by experienced department heads

you pass a well founded training program with strong focus on leadership and business development

you are challenged to optimize processes based on KPI analyses

you develop your team to the highest level of performance and you secure customer and co-worker satisfaction

after 12 months you are a department head in ‘Sales’ or ‘Communication and Interior design’ in another store in Switzerland

the program starts 1st January 2013
