Picking & Delivery
You can do it yourself, but you don’t have to!
With our fantastic new Picking and Delivery service, we do all the heavy lifting for you! Now, shopping is as easy as 1-2-3!
1. Visit your local IKEA store and see one of our co-workers.
2. Tell the co-worker what you’re looking for and they’ll create and print an itemized list of your items.
3. Take your list to the checkout area and pay for your purchase. Then, proceed to our delivery area where you can arrange for home delivery.
We’ll get your products and have them delivered starting at just $99! It’s that easy!
Order everything you would like - we charge the same delivery fee regardless of the weight or size of the order! Same day, next day or same week deliveries are available in almost all store locations. We can of course deliver at a later date if you would like. We deliver your new products directly to the room of your choice.
Does not apply to IKEA Direct Home Shopping. Delivery services may vary by store. See your local IKEA store for details.
Most IKEA products are designed to be assembled by the customer, but if you prefer, we can recommend an independent in-home assembly service. For a small fee, they'll put it all together. Contact your local store.
Assembly Service is not available through IKEA Direct Home Shopping. In some stores this can be coordinated with your delivery.
Kitchen planning
Try our easy-to-use kitchen planning tool. Find it online or visit the kitchen department in your IKEA store. It’s absolutely free!
We give free tips and advice on how to furnish your workplace, both at home and at the office. We also have transport and assembly services available for a small fee.
If you want to make a big change in your home or just need to bounce ideas around, free, qualified, home furnishing advice is available.
IKEA offers this service free of charge.
Gift Card
The IKEA Gift Card is easy to use as a pre-paid shopping card or gift certificate. It's especially handy for holiday gift giving, back-to-college shopping, wedding, and house warming gifts. You can purchase and redeem the card through IKEA Home Shopping at 1-800-434-4532 or at your local IKEA store.
