Anton, in his mid-20s, was recently promoted from deputy store sales manager in a Scotland IKEA store to Sales manager in a UK IKEA store.

Since his start as in a part-time job at IKEA, Anton has held a variety of leadership roles. In 2007 he worked with a planning team to set up three new IKEA stores in Japan.
"That was a big thing for me. When I came home, I was confident that I wanted to continue to work abroad. Now my goal is to become a store manager."
