delivery Same day, next day or same week deliveries may be available for products purchased in store. We deliver your new products and you can relax while we carry them in for you. Delivery will take a maximum 1-3 weeks from the day you’ve ordered the products. Unless you want it delivered at a later date, of course. Delivery and possible installation work will be co-ordinated so that you can start enjoying your new products as soon as possible. Should anything be missing or broken at delivery, just pick up the phone and call us (you’ll find the phone number in the guarantee folder). We will then send you the item as soon as possible.

	assembly and installation Most IKEA products are designed to be assembled by the customer, but if you prefer, we can recommend an independent in-home assembly service. 	return policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging within 90 days unless noted below. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Mattresses: "Love it or Exchange it". You may return your mattress once within 90 days if you don't love it. Return your mattress with your receipt to the store and select your new mattress. We are unable to exchange your mattress if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged, or abused. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used bedding (linens, quilts, pillows, and mattress pads), cut fabric, products from the As-Is department, and custom countertops. refund policy Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. For Transactions with original receipt: Purchase made with cash: a cash refund will be issued. Purchase made with a credit card: a credit will be issued to the original account. Mattresses may be exchanged one time within 90 days of purchase for a store credit towards the purchase of another mattress. No refund will be issued. IKEA Direct returns & exchanges return policy If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging within 90 days of the shipment date. You may return any item purchased on our website or through IKEA Direct Phone Order either by mail or in person at any IKEA store location (returns cannot be made to IKEA stores in Seattle, San Diego or Houston). Be sure to include your packing slip with any return. A refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item(s) including any applicable taxes in the same form as original payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note we cannot accept returns on open bedding (mattresses, pillows, etc.) If you are returning merchandise shipped through one of our In-Home delivery companies, please call us at 800-434-4532 and we will arrange a pickup. We have a supervised playroom, pushchairs, baby-care rooms, children’s rooms, food-warming facilities, children’s meals and many other services. Your children may never want to leave. Note that age and height restrictions apply to the playroom, and sessions may be limited during busy times.
