You can pay for your purchase in several ways: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or IKEA Credit Card. If you would like to use an IKEA Gift Card towards your purchase, please call us at 1-800-434-IKEA (4532).
Delivery
Most of the items shown in the IKEA 2008 catalog can be delivered. Delivery across continental U.S. only. (Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses are excluded. Alaska & Hawaii are UPS shipping only.) We carefully choose the delivery service that is best to ensure that your order is delivered in premium condition. Orders are shipped from our supply warehouse by USPS, UPS Ground or Common Carrier. Shipping and handling fees will be charged based on shipment weight/volume, delivery destination, and retail value of order. For more information or for actual shipping and handling quotes, please call 1-800-434-IKEA (4532). Please note, that changing your delivery address on this site only changes your delivery address for future orders placed through IKEA e-shop. See minimum shipping rates per State or Ask Anna about delivering to your zip code. She will give you the minimum rate for both UPS and Common Carrier.Additional items

If you have placed an IKEA e-shop order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact Customer Service at 800-434-IKEA (4532). If your order has shipped, you will receive a full refund for the value of the merchandise only (including applicable tax); shipping and handling will not be refunded.Satisfaction guaranteed
At IKEA we strive to sell quality merchandise. All of our products carry a guarantee for material quality and workmanship. If you find a defect with an item, please call our customer service department for repair or replacement. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 90 days of purchase to arrange an exchange or refund of your unused item. Please make sure to keep your receipt & packing slip and return the item in its original packaging. IKEA will not assume the transportation charges for any items returned by Common Carrier, USPS, UPS or other unless specifically agreed upon beforehand for products purchased through IKEA e-shop. For your convenience, merchandise may also be returned to your local IKEA Store.
