We offer delivery across continental U.S. only. (Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses are excluded. Alaska & Hawaii are UPS shipping only.)
We carefully choose the delivery service that is best to ensure that your order is delivered in premium condition. Orders are shipped from our supply warehouse via UPS Ground or by Truck. Shipping and handling fees will be charged based on shipment weight/volume, delivery destination, and retail value of order.

In order to avoid delivery complications, please contact us if the receiving address has any delivery restrictions or if a tractor-trailer will not be able to drive up to your address. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped from the warehouse. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days for the In-Home Delivery Provider to call you to schedule your delivery date. The delivery company will then call you 24 hours prior to the delivery to give you an approximate 4 hour time window. Someone 18 years or older will need to be available during this time frame to accept your order. In some cases, you may arrange for after hours or a specified time delivery at an additional cost. This additional service can be arranged directly with In-Home Delivery Provider when they contact you to schedule your delivery.
Please note, that changing your delivery address in your profile on this site only changes your delivery address for future orders placed through IKEA e-shop. It will not change the address for confirmed orders.
Changing or cancelling your e-shop orderYou have been given an approximate ship date on your order confirmation. Please note that this is a planned date and depending on IKEA's order volume the date is subject to change. If you wish to change or cancel an online or phone order, please contact Customer Service at 800-434-IKEA (4532). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a full refund for the value of the merchandise only (including applicable tax); shipping and handling will not be refunded.

Satisfaction guaranteedAt IKEA we strive to sell quality merchandise. All of our products carry a guarantee for material quality and workmanship. If you find a defect with an item, please call our customer service department for repair or replacement.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original packaging with the original receipt within 90 days unless noted below. A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given however, shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded. IKEA will not assume the transportation charges for any items returned by Common Carrier, USPS, UPS or other unless specifically agreed upon beforehand for products purchased through IKEA e-shop. For your convenience, merchandise may also be returned to your local IKEA Store.
Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. ie. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account.
Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used bedding (linens, comforters, pillows, and pillow tops), cut fabric, products from the As-Is department, and custom countertops.
Mattresses: "Love it or Exchange it". You may exchange your mattress once within 90 days if you don't love it. Please call us at 1-800-434-IKEA (4532) 8am-8pm EST Mon-Sat and 9am-8pm EST Sun to arrange the exchange. New shipping and handling fees will apply. We are unable to exchange your mattress if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged or abused.
