Your choice of oven will depend on how much and how often you cook, and for how many people.
Do you entertain often, or cook for a large family?
Be realistic: do you only really use the oven for frozen pizza?
Are you a meal planner who would find it useful to be able to program the oven to switch itself on automatically as you drive home from work?
Do you often grill food or do you like to bake in a fan oven?

Choosing the oven that’s right for you

There’s basically three categories of ovens from which to choose:

1) Basic models can perform all common cooking functions. They are simple to operate and like all Whirlpool® ovens, they are of high quality and durability.

2) Flexible models have 5 functions, which can be combined to obtain different cooking methods.

3) Creative models perform up to 8 functions and some have an electronic programmer or special functions for bread-baking, browning or keeping dishes warm.

The next step is to decide where you want to have your oven. Again, there is no shortage of options and the layout of your kitchen can be optimized to make cooking, baking and cleaning easy.
The oven can be mounted at a comfortable height on the wall. This frees up space and can also be an advantage if there are small children around. In any case, kids are protected by the triple-glass windows and safety locks on all oven doors.
Alternatively, you might prefer to build in your oven under the countertop, perhaps combining it with a stove above to create a coherent cooking area in your kitchen.
