It’s OK to change your mind

If you have changed your mind on your purchase, simply return the unused, never assembled and undamaged item within 100 days for an exchange or refund. The original receipt and the item's original packaging are required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued in the original mode of payment.
Please note that this policy does not apply to:

• cut fabric/altered curtains • items from As-Is
• plants • food items
• bulbs • items ordered to your specifications (e.g. custom-made worktops)
• batteries • damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear and incorrect self-assembly
• used bedding (all bed linens, duvets, pillows and protectors, bolsters and bolster covers) • items damaged after leaving the store
• electrical appliances

All claims against the IKEA store are strictly limited to the price of each item purchased. The IKEA store will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage whatsoever that may be caused as a result of inaccuracy, error or omission. We reserve the right to asses the condition of the returned items, which may result in a refund or exchange being refused.


Mattresses' 100 days exchange policy
Love it or exchange it
It’s important to us that you sleep well on your new mattress. Should you discover that it isn’t completely to your satisfaction after allowing one month for your body to get used to the mattress – bring the mattress back and try out a new one. You have 100 days to sleep on it!
