In every IKEA store there is a team of talented interior designers and visual merchandisers whose job it is to create the most inspiring possible experience for IKEA customers. All the room settings and displays, and the communication that goes along with them, are the work of these professionals.

It takes both strategic and visual talent to bring thousands of IKEA products to life, explain their benefits and inspire people to see how IKEA products could make their everyday life at home better. It requires a passion for interior design and a solid knowledge of people’s needs and dreams. It also requires close cooperation with colleagues in the sales and in-store logistics departments.
