Happiness is being on the way
Happiness is being on the way. This is exactly how I feel with IKEA.
Today, I cannot believe that I have been working with IKEA for 17 years- 13 years with the Trading office and 4 years with the Retail office. I feel like I've been working with IKEA for only a few years. Like people say, time passes quickly when you're happy.
Why have I worked with IKEA for so long? Because I am happy and the happiness is here around me.
What inspires me most about working with IKEA is the cozy atmosphere, people and IKEA gives me responsibilities that challenge me to learn and grow.

What inspires me most about working with IKEA is the cozy atmosphere, people and IKEA gives me responsibilities that challenge me to learn and grow.
And the one thing I love is that I have loved every role since I started to work as a receptionist. At that time, I enjoyed the welcoming and helpful people. Then I got promoted to Delivery Planner and I was selected as the only Project Purchaser for special assignments like the Startbox No. 1 project.
Then I moved to work as a Shipping Coordinator, Operation Assistant, and Senior Administrator. Before the store opening in Thailand, I was selected to do the marketing/ competitor survey with the Project Manager in 2007.
Then I moved to work with Retail in April 2007 as co-worker number 1 which gave me a lot of things to do in the beginning and of course, learn new things. I am very roud to get the chance to grow together with the first IKEA store in Thailand.
