How do I buy online?
These are general steps of your shopping journey with us:
1. Choose your product, add to cart & amend quantity
2. Check order details
3. Confirm your shopping cart
4. Provide shipping & billing information
5. Choose payment options and finalise payment
6. You will see the payment transaction status on your screen
7. For successful transaction, we will email you the order confirmation shortly
Can I place a corporate or bulk order?

We accept the following payment methods : Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and eNETS.
How do I make a payment on the website?
When you have finished adding products to your basket you can proceed to the Checkout. Follow the steps on-screen and confirm your details are correct. We will confirm your order via e-mail.
How secure is online shopping with IKEA?
IKEA is committed to ensuring your personal details are kept safe at all times. We use a number of fraud prevention measures. You will be asked to provide information to ensure that your card is not being used fraudulently online. Examples IKEA uses include the security code, printed as the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card, and 3D Secure codes used by VISA and MASTERCARD. You can register for 3D secure with your card issuer.
Delivery

We offer two delivery options – via Parcel and via Truck.
When providing your delivery address, do inform us of any delivery restrictions and ensure that the relevant permissions are obtained from the building/residential management prior to the scheduled delivery.

Installation services are provided for Kitchen, Bathroom & Lighting. These are tailored services which require your home measurements, and may require electrical and plumbing work.

Order amendment, returns and refunds
How do I amend my order?
Parcel Delivery
No amendment can be done once the order is paid and confirmed.

Truck Delivery
Please call us at +65 6786 6868 to cancel your order. Cancellation is allowed only until 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery and/or call out appointment.
Handling fee is non-refundable in all cases.
What do I do if an item from my delivery is missing or defective?

How soon will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be done via the initial payment mode and may take up to 15 working days. Please note that refund amount is subjected to conditions of the products.
