What is covered under this guarantee?
This guarantee covers function, materials and workmanship in all TROVÄRDIG frying pans. This means that, in normal domestic use and provided that our care instructions are followed, the cookware will still work as well as it did when it was new, even after 5 years respectively. In this instance, normal use is defined as using an item for cooking food and washing it once a day.
The guarantee covers:
• Stability of the base. In other words, the base of the cookware remains flat to conduct heat efficiently.
• Non-stick properties on non-stick pans. This means that TROVÄRDIG non-stick coated cookware will be easy to clean and can be used with a minimum amount of fat for cooking food for at least 5 years.

What is covered under this guarantee?
This guarantee covers function, materials and workmanship in all cookware in the VARDAGEN series. This means that, in normal domestic use and provided that our care instructions are followed, the cookware will still work as well as it did when it was new even after 15 years respectively. In this instance, normal use is defined as using an item for cooking and washing it once a day.

The guarantee covers:
• Stability of the base. In other words, the base of the cookware remains flat to conduct heat efficiently.
• Washing in a domestic dishwasher. This does not have an adverse effect on the function of stainless steel cookware.

The guarantee benefits the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to third parties.

What is covered under this guarantee?
This guarantee applies to domestic use only and covers defects in material and workmanship in all SENIOR cookware products.

The guarantee covers the base of the cookware. We guarantee that the base will retain its shape and therefore its heat conducting qualities.

The guarantee is also valid if you wash your cookware by hand.

The guarantee benefits the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to third parties.

What is covered under this guarantee?
This guarantee applies to domestic use only and covers defects in material and workmanship in all SENSUELL cookware products.

The guarantee covers the base of the cookware. We guarantee that the base will retain its shape and therefore its heat conducting qualities.

The guarantee is also valid if you wash your cookware in a domestic dishwasher. The stainless steel cookware is dishwasher safe.

What is covered under this guarantee?

Appliances
What is covered under this guarantee?
This guarantee The guarantee covers faults of the appliance, which have been caused by faulty construction or material faults, and is valid from the date of purchase from IKEA. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase. This guarantee applies to domestic use only. The exceptions are specified under the headline “What is not covered under this guarantee?” Within the guarantee period, the costs to remedy the fault e.g. repairs, parts, labour and travel for repair staff will be covered, provided that the appliance is accessible for repair without additional expenditure to gain access. Replaced parts become the property of IKEA.
Which appliances are not covered under this guarantee? All appliances purchased from IKEA before 1st of August 2007, except for LAGAN and TILLREDA appliances have a (two) 2-year guarantee from the date of purchase..
Who will execute the service? The IKEA service provider will provide the service through its own service operations or authorised service partner network.
Kitchen guarantee (PDF)
What is not covered under this guarantee?
• Normal wear and tear
• Deliberate or negligent damage, damage caused by failure to observe operating instructions, incorrect installation or by connection to the wrong voltage, damage caused by chemical or electro-chemical reaction, rust, corrosion or water damage including but not limited to damage caused by excessive lime in the water supply, damage caused by abnormal environmental conditions
• Consumable parts including batteries and lamps
• Non-functional and decorative parts which do not affect normal use of the appliance, including any scratches and possible colour differences
• Accidental damage caused by foreign objects or substances and cleaning or unblocking of filters, drainage systems or soap drawers
• Damage to the following parts: ceramic glass, accessories, crockery and cutlery baskets, feed and drainage pipes, seals, lamps and lamp covers, screens, knobs, casings and parts of casings
• Cases where no fault could be found during a technician’s visit
• Repairs not carried out by our appointed service providers and/or an authorised service contractual partner or where nonoriginal parts have been used
• Repairs caused by installation which is faulty or not according to specification
• The use of the appliance in a non-domestic environment i.e. professional

The 10-year guarantee is valid for all kitchen mixer taps at IKEA. This guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship and is valid from the date of purchase from IKEA. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.

What is not covered under this guarantee?
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. Follow our assembly instructions and care instructions carefully. This guarantee does not apply to products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products. This guarantee does not apply if the products have been used for public use, outdoors or in a corrosive environment. This guarantee does not cover incidental or consequential damage.

• This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
• This guarantee does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors, in proloqnged direct sunlight or in a humid environment or if the products have been used for non domestic purposes.

What is covered under this guarantee?
The guarantee covers defects in material and workmanship on all the main parts in the GALANT storage system and BEKANT desk system, from the date of purchase at IKEA. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.

What products are not covered under this guarantee?

• BEKANT screens.
IKEA will examine the product and decide, at its sole discretion, if it is covered under this guarantee. If considered covered, IKEA through its own service operations, will then, at its sole discretion, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. What is covered under this guarantee?
This guarantee applies to standard use on roads and cycle paths and covers defects in material and workmanship of:

Product parts and components not covered under this guarantee
This guarantee does not apply to any other parts or components of SLADDA and only applies to the belt drive and frame.

To replace parts (e.g. worn brake pads or broken parts from an accident) please call IKEA Customer Service or contact your local IKEA store. Use only genuine original replacement parts. If you use anything other than genuine replacement parts you may compromise the safety of your bicycle.
What is not covered under this guarantee?
This guarantee does not apply to products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, rust or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.

This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damage.

Modifications, adaptations, alterations and repairs of the product made by any part without authorization by IKEA are not covered by this guarantee.

If a customer transports the product to their home or other address, IKEA is not liable for any damage that may occur during transport.

For customers in the US only: some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damage, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

What is covered under this guarantee?
The guarantee period for each product is described in the “Product-specific terms and conditions”.

Guarantee period
In addition to the guarantees listed in the “Product-specific terms and conditions” all products are guaranteed for a legally stipulated period of two (2) years, starting from the date of the purchase invoice or the date of delivery of the goods if that date is different than that of purchase.

What will IKEA do to correct the problem?
KEA will examine the product and decide if the defect is covered under the guarantee. If considered cover, IKEA will, at its sole discretion, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. If is covered by the guarantee, IKEA pay the costs of repairs, spare parts, labour and travel for repair staff, that IKEA incur, provided that the product is accessible for repair without special expenditure. Replaced parts become the property of IKEA. If the product is no longer sold by IKEA, IKEA will provide an appropriate replacement at its sole discretion. IKEA will not be liable for any costs of repair work that has notb been authorised by IKEA.

Conditions for the guarantee
The guarantee is valid from the date of purchase at IKEA, or from the date of delivery if these are different. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.

Exclusions
Guarantees do not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products. The guarantees do not cover typical wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. Unless otherwise spelled out in “Product-specific terms and conditions”, this guarantee does not apply if the products have been used for non-domestic purposes. The guarantee does not apply if products have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment .
