I joined IKEA in 1996 as cash office manager after working 11 years with a bank. It is a very unique culture and different environment in IKEA as compared to my previous job.
Here in IKEA, everyone is treated as an equal and respected for the job you do. We work very hard as one big family and still have fun doing it.
